Unfortunately at this time we do not do cash refunds. For hygiene reasons we will only accept exchanges if the wigs are unworn and is intact. The wigs should be in the same condition as you purchased it with the lace uncut. Exchanges will only be made if the process is initiated within 48 hours of the customer receiving the wig. If 48 hours has elapsed after the customer receiving the wig we can’t initiate the exchange. To initiate an exchange please do send pictures and an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the wig.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted at all (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
